Wedding Receptions, Special Events,

Corporate Parties, Private Occasions,
High School, College and Military Reunions.

4 hours of entertainment for $400*

This includes: Set up and Breakdown, DJ, Music

Players, Amps, Speakers, Speaker Stands and a Microphone.

(Additional hours are $100 each in full hour sessions only)

This is for a system that would be suitable for up to

5,000 square feet (indoors) or a large back lawn

and approx. 300 people.

( More powerful systems available for Large Scale Events)

We require access to the venue space one hour before and

one hour after the event to set up and break down equipment.

DJ's dress for a wedding event is a

Tuxedo Shirt, Bow tie, Vest, Black Pants / Shoes.
For theme events

(Country / Western, Gangster, Disco, Swing, Retro Rock, 50's)
please advise us to the preferred style of dress for the DJ.

Routine Dress for Casual Events will be Casual Shirt & Pants.

*November 15 - December 23 - $500

*New Year's Eve - $750

Advanced packages are priced from $600 to $3,000.

We advise you to book as early as possible for your event,
it is not uncommon to book wedding receptions 1 year in advance.

50% Deposits are required to book an event,
NO EVENTS are confirmed without a paid deposit.

 

If an event is cancelled, deposit refunds are available as follows:

121 + days from the event: 75% refund
120-90 days from the event: 50% refund
89-61 days from the event: 25% refund
60 days from the event: 0% refund

TRAVEL

Inside Chatham County at no additional charge

Outside Chatham County is billed at .50 per mile

from the Chatham County line to the destination

and back to the Chatham County line.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

We require 2 (two) 20 amp circuits within 20 feet

of the designated performance area as well as two

30 "x 72" tables (draped if possible) and one chair.

Dj's should be provided with nonalcoholic beverages.

Arrangements for secured parking need to be in place

as well as access to the nearest load-in/load-out location

before and after the event.
